Description
This solicitation is for campus planning and facilities services for the North Carolina Museum of Art. Bids are due by 3:00 PM on July 8, 2026, and should be submitted to the NC Department of Natural and Cultural Resources, c/o Diedra McEntyre, Campus Planning & Facilities. Complete plans, specifications, and contract documents are available at no cost via electronic download from NV5. They can also be viewed at the offices of NV5, the Engineer of Record, located at 3300 Regency Parkway, Suite 100, Cary, NC 27518. Additionally, these documents are accessible electronically through Carolinas AGC / ISqFt, Reed Construction Data, NC Institute of Minority Economic Development, Inc., and The Blue Book. The NC Department of Natural and Cultural Resources encourages the participation of Minority and Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) firms.
