Description
The City of Raleigh, North Carolina, Engineering Services Department is soliciting bids for the FY25 Traffic Calming, West & Harrington Bike Lane Improvements, and S. King Charles Projects. The project scope includes the installation of speed humps, speed cushions, speed tables, concrete medians and islands, pavement markings, tubular markers, rubber wheel stops, traffic signal loop relocations, and traffic signage. Bids will be received until 3:00 PM on Thursday, July 14th, 2026, at the Raleigh Municipal Building, 222 West Hargett Street, Raleigh, NC, Room 419. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 2:30 PM on Tuesday, June 30th, 2026, at the same location in Room 303. Requirements for "or-equal" submittals are due within 10 days of the advertisement for bids. Complete bidding documents can be obtained from Accent Imaging (planscope.com) at 8121 Brownleigh Dr, Raleigh, NC 27617, or online at www.accentimaging.com.
