Description
This solicitation is for the construction of North Carolina Department of Administration Parking Deck Repairs (Phase 1). The project generally includes floor and overhead concrete spall repairs, corbel repairs, replacement of bearing pads, cleaning and painting steel, double tee stem repairs, replacing of joint sealants, and installation of traffic coating. Bids will be received for a single prime contract type. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on June 22, 2026, at 2:00 PM, starting in the basement level of Deck 75 in Downtown Raleigh, NC 27601. Site walks to review existing conditions at multiple parking facilities are available prior to the bid date. Interested bidders can contact Fady Wahby to schedule a site visit if enclosed spaces require access. Complete plans, specifications, and contract documents are available digitally upon request via email to ethan.hill@kimley-horn.com, or in print at Kimley-Horn and Associates in Raleigh, NC. Digital copies are also available through Associated General Contractors (AGC) Carolinas Branch, Hispanic Contractors Association of the Carolinas (HCAC), McGraw-Hill Dodge Corporation, and NCIMED Plan & Resource Center. A deposit of $350 is required for physical hard copies, which will be returned if documents are submitted in good condition within 10 days after the bid date.
