Description
The City of Raleigh (COR) is soliciting proposals for a firm to provide promotional testing services for the Raleigh Fire Department (RFD). The selected firm will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of a written exam and a virtual assessment center for the rank of Captain. These services are to be provided twice each year for the duration of the contract term. Proposals must be submitted electronically via USB flash drive and as a signed original hard copy by 3:00 PM EST on July 29, 2026. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing via email to Andrea Saravitz at RFDcontracts@raleighnc.gov by July 8, 2026.
