Description
Riverside County, on behalf of the Riverside County Sheriff's Office Ben Clark Training Center, is seeking a primary vendor to supply individual first aid kits and individual medical supplies for kit restocking. The anticipated requirement is approximately 300 kits per year, with no guaranteed purchase quantity, plus separately priced replacement items and an empty rip-away pouch. Pricing must include shipping and delivery, and the vendor must fulfill purchase requests within 30 days without backorders. Each kit must include a green, MOLLE-compatible rip-away medical pouch with specified dimensions and features, along with airway, chest-seal, wound-packing, pressure-bandage, tourniquet, gauze, hemostatic, glove, shear, blanket, and related lifesaving supplies. Bidders must provide one complete kit sample for evaluation, photographs of available green colors, a completed product specifications and cost sheet, individual replacement-item pricing, proof of insurance, Secretary of State registration status, and a current business license or applicable exemption statement. The solicitation also requests 24-hour customer support and replacement of medical items used during an attempt to save a life in the course of duty.
