Description
The City of Santa Rosa is soliciting bids for a one-time purchase order to supply ammunition for its Police Department. The solicitation includes multiple sections covering Federal, Winchester, PMC, Simunition, and Hornady ammunition, including specified rounds, marking and non-marking simulation ammunition, blank simulation ammunition, sales tax, and delivery. Bidders may receive a single purchase order or multiple purchase orders by section and must bid all items within any section for consideration in that section. Ammunition must be new, manufactured in the United States except for PMC ammunition manufactured in South Korea, and compliant with the stated standards and specifications. Bids are limited to factory-authorized law-enforcement distributors for the named manufacturers or approved equal products. The response must include the completed required forms and cost sheet, with any proposed equals, exceptions, or deviations submitted through the designated Q&A process before the Q&A deadline.
