Description
The U.S. Army is soliciting Glock, Inc. on a sole-source basis for commercially available Glock weapon systems, magazines, contractor spare-parts kits, individual spare parts, holsters, tools, and training. Required systems include the G17, G19, G19X, G26, G43X, G17T, and G19T, with standard and night-sight configurations, magazines, maintenance components, and MOS/operator and combined armorer training courses. The anticipated award is a five-year, firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with delivery orders issued for Army, other government agency, and Foreign Military Sales requirements. The contract has a stated $7,400 minimum guarantee and a $40,515,357.20 ceiling. The contractor must manufacture and prepare the items for delivery, comply with quality, serialization, item-identification, packaging, security, export-control, and reporting requirements, and perform at its own facility. The solicitation is unclassified, but export-controlled technical data requirements apply.
