Description
The Cowlitz Indian Tribe is soliciting proposals for the tenant improvement of an existing clinic at 3102 NE 134th Street in Vancouver, Washington. The project includes interior demolition and comprehensive remodeling, including electrical, cabinetry, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, flooring, fire suppression, low-voltage security, and related work. The selected contractor must provide labor, materials, equipment, permitting, and a detailed work schedule under a lump-sum contract. The scope also includes multidisciplinary design services: site verification and AutoCAD base development; programming; schematic design; design development; construction documents and specifications; cost estimates; permitting support; and optional construction contract administration and stamped as-built drawings. Proposals must include the completed Bid Form, a non-collusion affidavit, a detailed work plan and schedule, schedule of values, qualifications and staffing information, related project experience, and at least three recent project references. Tribal preference applies to qualified Cowlitz Tribal Member-owned and other Native American-owned businesses under the stated preference tiers.
