Description
The City of Vancouver is soliciting a contractor to furnish and install approximately 187 linear feet of 8-inch and 524 linear feet of 15-inch cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) to rehabilitate existing storm sewer mains. The CIPP must be designed for fully deteriorated gravity-flow conditions and may use steam or ultraviolet curing. The scope includes labor, equipment, materials, bypass pumping, sewer-main cleaning, root and sediment removal, protruding tap removal, initial and final closed-circuit television inspection and assessment, CIPP installation and testing, reinstatement of all laterals, and related work in accordance with the plans, provisions, and standard specifications. The engineer's estimate is $270,705, and the work must be physically complete by November 13, 2026.
