Description
Sam Houston State University is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from firms to provide indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity building envelope professional services for facilities in Huntsville, Texas. Services may include pre-project planning, studies, condition assessments, reports, photographic documentation, cost estimating, programming, preliminary and final design, construction documents, bidding assistance, contract administration, on-site construction inspection, project management, and program management. Architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, and other subconsultants may be used as needed. The resulting contract will have a two-year initial term with one optional one-year extension, and the total value will not exceed $500,000 per contract year. Respondents must submit qualifications addressing firm experience, personnel, financial stability, past representative engagements, references, best practices, and execution certifications. The solicitation requires a Historically Underutilized Businesses Subcontracting Plan and excludes pricing from the qualifications submission.
