Description
Monroe City, Utah has adopted Ordinance 6-03-2026, which amends Title 12 (Subdivisions) of the Monroe City Municipal Code. The amendment updates the city's subdivision policies to ensure consistency and compliance with the Municipal Land Use, Development, and Management Act of Utah State Code. The ordinance was approved by the Planning Commission after a public hearing and adopted by the City Council on June 18, 2026. The amendment takes effect upon passage and publication as required by Utah Code.
