Description
This Sources Sought notice concerns a potential Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity contract for painting and wall-covering construction services at Hill Air Force Base, Little Mountain Test Annex, and the Utah Test and Training Range. The anticipated contract has a five-year base ordering period and a six-month option period, with an estimated maximum contract value of $5,500,000. Task orders may cover routine, urgent, and emergency requirements. The scope includes interior and exterior surface preparation and painting; wall-covering removal and installation; drywall, plaster, wood, concrete, masonry, and metal repairs; specialty, floor, traffic, industrial, anti-corrosive, and protective coatings; striping, stenciling, safety markings, fencing, gates, and related incidental work. Contractors must provide labor, materials, equipment, supervision, quality control, safety compliance, environmental protection, hazardous-material handling, and the ability to provide emergency response personnel at Hill Air Force Base within two hours of notification. Interested firms must submit a capability statement and letter of interest, limited to ten pages and in PDF format, addressing company information, socioeconomic status including 8(a) status, relevant experience, personnel and equipment, capacity, and emergency-response capability.
