Description
The State of Utah Office of Tourism is seeking a contractor to provide ongoing fulfillment and distribution services for individual and bulk requests for travel guides, Utah Highway Maps, promotional materials, and trade show materials. The scope includes storing publications, processing digital and print orders, address standardization, domestic and international shipping, bulk-mail presort operations, postage-account management, freight-claim resolution, inventory forecasting, reporting, and a customer-data API or real-time connection with tourism websites and databases. The hosted order-processing software must maintain at least 99.5% uptime and comply with applicable data-privacy requirements, including GDPR and potentially GovRAMP requirements. Optional value-added services include answering toll-free visitor-assistance calls, handling basic travel referrals, and monitoring visitor email inboxes. Proposals must address fulfillment and distribution approach, relevant experience, at least three professional references, a monthly budget tracker example, customer-service capabilities, key personnel biographies, and value-added services. The technical proposal and separately submitted five-year cost proposal will be evaluated through technical, interview, and cost stages; vendors advancing to the interview stage must participate in a 30-minute virtual interview scheduled for November 19, 2026.
