Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Corona Division requires nine firm-fixed-price commercial supply line items for the Navy Calibration Program: a Fluke 1502A calibration thermometer readout; deep low-temperature and mid-range oil baths; A40B-20A precision current shunts; MIL-STD-129 labels; and MIL-STD-130 UID labels. The requirement is all-or-none, with one purchase order awarded to a responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and offers fair and reasonable pricing. Supplies must be new, commercial-off-the-shelf items from the original equipment manufacturer; used, remanufactured, gray-market, and unauthorized-channel items are unacceptable. Delivery is required within 60 calendar days after award, with packaging conforming to ASTM-D-3951-18 and applicable military marking requirements. Offerors must be the OEM, an authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller and must submit OEM authorization documentation with the quote. Quotes must include the CAGE code, delivery date or lead time, pricing for every contract line item, quoted part numbers or SKU information, and any applicable Federal Supply Schedule contract number. The amendment also requires acknowledgment of the amendment and changes the response deadline to September 18, 2026.
