Description
The Department of National Defence is soliciting two Clarke-Hess 5600 Phase Standards, part number 5600, or equivalent products. Equivalent products must be interchangeable in form, fit, function, and quality, with complete specifications, descriptive literature, compliance statements, and cross-references to supporting documentation. The specified equipment must meet mandatory requirements covering frequency and phase ranges, phase and voltage accuracy and resolution, output characteristics, operating environment, power supply, IEEE-488/GPIB and USB interfaces, and CSA certification or an equivalent approval for use in Canada. Each unit must be new, individually packaged, accompanied by a calibration certificate dated no more than 90 days before delivery, and labeled with its description, part number, MMR, and OEM serial number. The supplier must provide each unit's complete serial number before shipment. Offers are evaluated on mandatory technical compliance and lowest evaluated price, with delivery included on a DDP basis. The contract period runs from contract date through receipt of all deliverables, and all goods must be received by January 29, 2027.
