Description
The Federal Aviation Administration is seeking capability statements and performance-capacity information from vendors able to supply a broad range of commercial test equipment under one or more potential blanket purchase agreements supporting the National Airspace System. The equipment list includes signal generators, spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, power meters and sensors, multimeters, insulation and earth-ground testers, oscilloscopes, frequency counters, cable locators, barometers, wattmeters, optical time-domain reflectometers, communication analyzers, power analyzers, calibration kits, cables, adapters, antennas, software licenses, and related accessories from manufacturers including Keysight, Fluke, 3M, Rohde & Schwarz, Tektronix, Megger, and others. Several listed items include National Stock Numbers and manufacturer model or option configurations. Respondents must submit a capability statement of no more than five pages describing experience supplying the same or similar equipment, together with a list of the specified equipment they can supply. This is a sources-sought market survey for acquisition planning, not a request for proposals or offers. The draft statement of work identifies a four-year period of performance beginning in the fiscal year of award, with procurement shipped to multiple secured government locations within and outside the continental United States.
