Description
The City of Riverdale is seeking a qualified alcohol beverage service provider for receptions, corporate events, meetings, and other group functions at the Riverdale Centre for the Arts, Business, and Leisure Services and Riverdale City Hall. The provider must offer cash-bar and hosted-bar-by-the-hour options, with a four-hour minimum for hosted bars, and must supply alcoholic beverages, professional bartenders and servers, portable bars as needed, cups, napkins, service utensils, coolers, cleaning supplies, and related event equipment. The provider is responsible for event setup, staffing, compliance with Georgia alcohol-service laws, age verification, service controls, post-event cleanup, trash removal, table bussing, and post-event sales reporting. The selected provider must remit 20% of gross bar sales revenue to the City. The solicitation also requires a menu with prices, a Georgia liquor license, City of Riverdale pouring permits for bartenders and employees, commercial general liability insurance of $500,000/$1 million, automobile insurance of $100,000/$300,000, and naming Riverdale as an additional insured.
