Description
Encasa Financial Inc. is seeking a strategic operating partner to design, implement, and operate an integrated end-to-end wholesale platform covering discretionary investment management, fund administration, regulatory and investment compliance, investor and advisor portals, reporting, technology integrations, and investment risk analytics. The solution must support FundServ, National Bank Trust as custodian and trustee, SGGG Fund Services for fund accounting and valuation, Salesforce integration, open APIs, digital onboarding, KYC, AML, trade suitability, portfolio construction, sub-adviser oversight, NAV and position reconciliation, investor reporting, and tax-document support. The platform must keep all data hosted and processed in Canada, provide onshore disaster recovery, retain historical data for at least five to seven years, support migration from existing systems, and provide usable data extraction upon termination. Addendum 1 confirms that proponents may use external partners for Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization components and may propose alternatives to National Bank Trust and SGGG Fund Services, provided the complete end-to-end solution and full pricing are included. Proponents are encouraged to provide both a solution retaining the existing providers and an alternative replacing some or all of them. The agreement is intended to have a minimum five-year term, with extensions by mutual consent.
