Description
Ivy Tech Community College is soliciting a single contractor to coordinate delegated design and construction of a cold storage pole barn supporting the Bane Agricultural Lab. The approximately 60-by-120-foot metal building will have 24-foot eave heights, and the contractor will prepare the delegated-design narrative. The scope includes grading and compaction; installation of stone or gravel backfill for new drives and the barn floor; and electrical work consisting of one 200-amp panel, one receptacle below the panel, and egress lighting at the doors. Existing-structure demolition and remaining earthwork infill have already been completed by the owner. The response must include the required bid documents, a Minority/Women/Veteran Business Enterprise Participation Plan or good-faith-effort documentation where applicable, a completed Non-Collusion Certificate, and a completed Supplier Diversity Form.
