Description
The project involves interior and exterior commercial renovations to a two-story theater. Work includes a new sprinkler system and water line; facade and marquee renovations; lobby and bathroom work; basement structural repairs; stage replacement and a retractable screen; and performing arts upgrades, including steel beams, auditorium wall treatment, and a tech balcony. Bid alternatives include new theater seating and equipment. The contractor is responsible for labor, materials, equipment, permits, inspections, debris removal, and required coordination. The bid package includes architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection plans, along with a bid form and an addendum clarifying project details.
