CITY OF MILWAUKIE HVAC MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES Proposals Due: September 17, 2026 @ 2:00 PM REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The City of Milwaukie is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors for heating, ventilation, and air condition (HVAC) maintenance and repair services on an as-needed basis. City utilizes Euna Procurement Bonfire for its electronic procurement system.
