Description
The City of Lake Oswego is requesting proposals from engineering consulting firms to provide professional engineering services for Work Order 384, Blue Heron Road Rehabilitation and Drainage Improvements. The scope includes planning, public outreach, topographic surveying, data collection, evaluation of existing utility conditions, and design of a new roadway and stormwater conveyance and water-quality system. The selected firm will also support preparation of bid-ready construction documents, construction solicitation, and construction support for new stormwater infrastructure, a new pavement system, and rehabilitation or replacement of existing water and sewer main lines. Proposals must be submitted electronically as PDF files through the City's designated upload form.
