Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex Coleman, is seeking a single supplier to provide materials and delivery for a cell-window security enhancement. The requirement is supply-only and will be evaluated using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable procedures: technical capability is pass/fail based on exact compliance with the specified material grades and custom-cut dimensions, and award will go to the responsible offeror with the lowest aggregate price. Required materials include 1,536 pieces of 2-by-2-by-1/8-inch A-36 steel angle cut to 32 inches; 1,536 pieces of 2-by-2-by-1/8-inch A-36 steel angle cut to 52 inches; and 768 pieces of 3/4-by-#9 steel expanded metal, flattened, cut to 31 1/2 by 51 1/2 inches. The quote must include all incidentals and delivery costs. The solicitation requires acknowledgment of Amendment 0001 and submission of signed copies of both solicitation documents. The supplier must be registered in the System for Award Management with NAICS code 423510 and provide its Unique Entity Identifier.
