Description
The New York City Housing Authority is soliciting construction services for improvements to three open-space areas and two parking lots at Clinton Hill Houses. The scope includes two new playgrounds with play structures and spray shower areas, an adult fitness station, new safety surfacing, a basketball court, a walking track with a colored wearing surface, a community garden, passive recreation areas with artificial turf and updated seating, and related site improvements. All improved areas will include an upgraded stormwater management system with subsurface rainwater storage tanks and new or upgraded drainage conveyance. The solicitation is subject to the New York City Housing Authority's Project Labor Agreement. A completed Letter of Assent is required for the prime bidder and each subcontractor identified on the sealed subcontractor list. Bids must be submitted as a single PDF through iSupplier by the revised deadline of October 22, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
