Description
Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District, in collaboration with the National Park Service and on behalf of the Kawuneeche Valley Restoration Collaborative, seeks a coordinator to support collaborative restoration efforts. Services include meeting scheduling and facilitation, agenda and minutes preparation, records and shared-platform management, private landowner outreach, site-visit coordination, stakeholder communications, event and tour logistics, progress reporting, grant and budget tracking, invoicing support, and tracking volunteer and partner in-kind contributions. The coordinator will also support meaningful engagement with Tribal representatives, including communication, travel and meeting logistics, engagement-plan maintenance, and integration of Tribal perspectives into restoration planning and outreach materials. The anticipated working period is two years, with an initial one-year contract and one optional one-year renewal, subject to funding and satisfactory performance. The total budget is not to exceed $80,000 for the two-year working period. During the primary field and outreach season, the coordinator should expect on-site work approximately one to two times per week, while steering and subcommittee meetings are held virtually. The awarded coordinator team will be ineligible to bid on KVRC projects developed or advanced under this contract.
