Description
Revenu Québec is seeking consulting and support services for the modernization and enhancement of its tax-exemption process for eligible purchases by First Nations members, including integration of tobacco-tax exemptions at the point of sale. The project is intended to simplify administrative processes, accelerate processing, improve digital exchanges, and support collaboration with partners. The required resources include a senior business analyst, intermediate business analyst, business architecture advisor, change-management analyst, and change-management coordinator. The work is hybrid: each resource may work remotely no more than two days per week, with the remaining work performed in person at a designated Revenu Québec office. The contract period is estimated at 40 months and runs from the date of the last contract signature through February 28, 2030. Bidders must hold ISO 9001:2015 registration covering information technology and submit a copy of the certificate with their proposal.
