Description
The Coachella Valley Association of Governments seeks a consultant to design approximately five shade structures, 26 native shade trees, and associated improvements at five existing CV Link rest stops. Services include surveying and site investigations, geotechnical analysis, civil and structural engineering, landscape and irrigation design, electrical design, permitting and agency coordination, and preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates. The consultant will also provide bidding and construction support, including responses to bid questions, design-related construction assistance, record drawings, and final GIS deliverables. The construction phase will be procured separately.
