Description
Riverside County seeks licensed contractor(s) to provide hazardous waste services for multiple county departments. The scope includes waste management, sorting, testing, packaging, labeling, transportation, recycling and disposal; cleanup of spills and crime scenes; emergency response; tank and clarifier cleanouts; and related consulting. Contractors must furnish the labor, containers, supplies, equipment, vehicles, documentation, training, and personal protective equipment needed to perform the work, and must meet applicable licensing, registration, safety, and regulatory requirements. The contract covers routine and scheduled services as well as 24/7 emergency response, with service requests arising as needed. The County is seeking a five-year agreement, with no guaranteed purchase volume. Pricing is submitted through the provided cost proposal workbook; bidders need not quote every line item.
