Description
The City seeks Statements of Qualifications from firms and individuals with municipal experience in landscape architecture design and analysis. Selected respondents will join a pre-qualified pool and may be invited to submit proposals for individual projects or selected based on their qualifications; pre-qualification does not guarantee task orders. Services will be requested as needed during the three-year Professional Services Agreement period. Submissions should describe relevant projects completed in the Central Texas area within the past five years, proposed staff and qualifications, available resources and staff capacity, methodology and approach, added value, and references. Proof of licensure is required. The solicitation also requires a title page, letter of transmittal, table of contents, specified forms and disclosures, and any applicable addenda. Responses are limited to 35 pages, subject to stated exclusions.
