Description
The Township seeks a qualified New Jersey-licensed firm to serve as Township Planner. The firm must have at least 10 years of municipal planning experience, including work with the Municipal Land Use Law (MLUL), COAH, and drafting or revising master plans. The individual assigned to the work must have at least five years of experience as a municipal consultant or planning board planner. Submissions must explain how the firm and assigned individual meet the minimum qualifications, identify the proposed planner, provide at least three local-government references, and include proposed compensation, such as hourly rates, retainers, or project fees. Required supporting items include a Business Registration Certificate, a valid Certificate of Employee Information Reporting with affirmative-action requirements, a Certificate of Insurance, and a Disclosure of Investment Activities with Iran. Submit one thumb drive containing the required submission documents and supporting information in PDF format, along with six original paper submissions.
