Description
Riverside County seeks a digital indoor wayfinding and location-services solution for Riverside University Health System facilities. The solution must support indoor maps, positioning, search, routing, mobile and web navigation, any required positioning hardware, map and content administration, and integration with healthcare applications and systems, including Epic/MyChart. The County also seeks implementation, configuration, training, maintenance, and ongoing support. The proposal must describe the solution's accessibility, security and privacy controls, implementation approach and schedule, testing, integrations, operational requirements, and support model. Pricing must separately identify software, professional services, hardware, implementation, and recurring support costs. The RFP requests at least three comparable healthcare implementation references, including three completed healthcare projects from the past five years.
