Description
The City seeks qualified firms for on-call architectural services and landscape architectural services under a master professional services agreement. Selected firms will form a pool in each category, with individual assignments authorized through work orders and no guaranteed minimum amount of work. Firms may seek consideration for one or both categories, and landscape architecture may be provided in-house or through qualified subconsultants. The scope includes assessments, feasibility studies, programming and master planning, renovation and modernization, design and construction documents, cost estimating, bidding support, construction administration, and project closeout. Landscape services also include park, streetscape, trail, planting, irrigation, grading, drainage, and public-space improvements. The City anticipates a one-year initial term with up to four additional one-year renewals. Responses must include the requested qualifications narrative, three client reference letters, and applicable forms and certifications; the 40-page limit excludes specified front matter, dividers, covers, and Section F forms.
