The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a contractor to operate a Residential Reentry Center for male and female federal offenders, providing up to 70 in-house beds--56 for males and 14 for females--and home confinement services for up to 40 placements. The contractor must provide the personnel, management, facility, equipment, supplies, programming, case management, supervision, transportation support, food services, medical coordination, employment assistance, resident accountability, drug and alcohol testing, and related services required by the March 2022 Residential Reentry Center Statement of Work. The requirement is structured as an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract with firm fixed unit prices, consisting of a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The Government intends to award both line items to a single provider. The SOW requires a facility capable of 24-hour resident supervision, comprehensive reentry programming, home confinement monitoring, electronic monitoring, inspections, reporting, background-clearance processing, and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and correctional standards.
