Description
The Town of Lebanon is seeking bids for the purchase of fuel oil, unleaded gasoline, and diesel fuel. Bidders must submit a completed Non-Collusion Certification pursuant to General Municipal Law SS 103-d. Bids must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope marked "FUEL BID." The notice states that bids are due to the Town Clerk by 10:00 a.m. on October 10, 2026, and will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Town Offices immediately following the 6:45 p.m. deadline on October 12, 2026.
