Description
The City of Chico is soliciting bids for the periodic furnishing of roadway materials throughout Fiscal Year 2026/2027. The materials include Aggregate Base, Asphalt Concrete (in various sizes), Hydro Patch, Thermo, and Crack Seal. Bidders may submit bids for one or more of these component materials. The contract period begins upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed and concludes on June 30, 2027. All materials must conform to the State of California, Department of Transportation, Standard Specifications dated 2025, as revised and amended. Prices quoted should not include sales tax, but should include delivery to F.O.B. 901 Fir Street, Chico, CA 95928, with actual delivery locations within Chico city limits at the same price. Deliveries are scheduled during working hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., excluding City holidays. Payment will be made within forty-five (45) days after pick-up/delivery and upon receipt of invoice. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
