Description
This Request for Information seeks industry feedback and rough-order-of-magnitude pricing for hotel accommodations supporting approximately 180 Marines and civilians during Army-Navy Week from December 7 through December 13, 2026. The requirement anticipates approximately 54 double-occupancy rooms and 72 single-occupancy rooms, with guaranteed availability for the full period of performance. The hotel should be a professional, full-service property, preferably four-star or higher, located in or near New York City with reasonable access to Army-Navy Week activities and convenient transportation to MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Required or expected capabilities include complimentary reliable Wi-Fi in guest rooms and common areas, appropriate onsite security, housekeeping, HVAC, maintenance support, controlled access, public transportation access, and compliance with the Hotel and Motel Fire Safety Act of 1990. Respondents must provide hotel and room-block information, nightly rates, taxes and fees, parking, connectivity, security measures, fire-safety listing information, transportation details, restrictions, and a hotel point of contact. This is an RFI and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment to award a contract.
