Description
This Sources Sought notice seeks vendors capable of providing non-personal hotel and conference services for the Indo-Pacific Armies Chiefs Conference, Indo-Pacific Armies Management Seminar, and Senior Enlisted Forum in Singapore. The anticipated period of performance is June 29 through July 11, 2027, with support for up to 200 delegates. The requirement includes analysis and planning; lodging and meals; a large main ballroom; meeting and private conference rooms; an indoor event venue; buffet-style restaurants; conference areas for tea breaks; a dedicated operations room; a first-aid station room; dedicated Wi-Fi; and access and waiting areas for luxury buses. Respondents must demonstrate capability to perform in Singapore and submit a capabilities statement limited to two pages, using Times New Roman font of at least 10-point size.
