Description
The Commonwealth's Attorneys' Services Council is seeking bids from hotels only; third-party vendors and event planners are not eligible. The selected hotel must provide lodging, on-site conference and meeting space, a registration area, nearby office space for agency staff, an after-hours hospitality suite, and vendor tables for an approximately 160-person training program. The scope includes 135 rooms for each of two nights, conference rooms and ballroom space, pedestrian access to dining, recreation, and other services, complimentary parking, Wi-Fi, and storage and movement of training materials. The hotel must also provide direct meal and refreshment services, including coffee, tea, soft drinks, breaks, breakfast, lunch, cocktails, and a plated or buffet dinner. Additional requirements include a podium and microphone with access to house sound, audiovisual vendor access, and related setup and breakdown support. The opportunity is for a three-day program scheduled for November 28–30, 2029, with final attendance to be confirmed before the event; responses must be submitted through the state's electronic procurement system.
