Description
UNDP Philippines is seeking a supplier to provide a classroom-style conference or function room for 60 participants, with tables, an LCD projector and screen, cordless microphones, whiteboards, a podium, internet connectivity, a clear audio system, standby waiter and operator support, parking for at least five vehicles, and complimentary coffee, tea, and drinking water. The venue must be in or near Davao City's Poblacion area, including Bajada, Buhangin, or Lanang. The requirement also includes halal meals with no pork or wine: breakfast for 60 participants from November 17–22, dinner for 60 participants on November 16, and full-board meals including morning and afternoon snacks, buffet lunch, and dinner from November 17–22. Accommodation is required for six nights, including six standard single-occupancy rooms with matrimonial beds and six twin-sharing rooms. Quotations must include the requested technical compliance information and pricing, with the quotation submission form, technical and financial offer, company profile, business registration, tax registration, and valid local government permit. The quotation must remain valid for 120 days from the submission deadline.
