Description
Hamtramck Public Schools is soliciting bids for entry door replacement at the Hamtramck Community Center. Bid documents and bid forms are provided through the construction manager's portal, and bids will only be accepted on the provided forms. The submission must include a 5% bid bond or, for bids under $50,000, an acceptable certified or cashier's check. For bid categories exceeding $50,000, the successful contractor must provide performance and payment bonds equal to the contract amount, issued by an authorized and appropriately rated surety. Each bid must also include a sworn and notarized familial-relationship disclosure statement and a signed Iran Economic Sanctions Affidavit.
