Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting a price-only Request for Quote for construction services to re-slurry and restripe three existing parking lots at Buildings 88 and 98 of the McClellan outpatient clinic. The work includes preparing existing pavement, applying fibrated asphalt sealer, removing and replacing pavement markings, and installing parking, accessible, patient, van-accessible, crosswalk, and other pavement markings in accordance with the specifications and reference drawings. The project is expected to begin November 2, 2026, and conclude December 31, 2026, with work phased by parking lot. The contractor must provide labor, materials, equipment, supervision, safety controls, environmental controls, traffic and pedestrian protection, and required construction submittals. The solicitation is limited to eligible Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business offerors registered in SAM.gov and SBA's VETCERT at the time of offer and award. The quote package includes a completed pricing breakdown, and the construction documents require electronic submittals, safety planning, OSHA training, site supervision, and compliance with Davis-Bacon wage requirements. An amendment provides the pre-quote site visit sign-in sheet dated October 13, 2026.
