Description
The City of Glendale is seeking statements of qualifications from firms to provide on-call engineering, architectural, and related professional services. Potential work includes general civil engineering, landscape architecture, water distribution and wastewater collection, geotechnical and environmental engineering, SCADA, electrical and communications, structural engineering, hydrogeology, architecture, traffic engineering, pavement management, and mechanical, plumbing, and electrical engineering. The listed categories are not comprehensive, and the City may add related services as needed. Detailed scopes for the categories are in the RFQ packet. The on-call list is planned for two years, with two optional one-year renewals. The anticipated start date is January 1, 2027. Services may support federal-aid projects; consultants and proposed subconsultants selected for such projects must certify in writing that they are not debarred, suspended, or excluded from federal programs.
