Description
Florida Atlantic University is soliciting proposals for comprehensive medical billing, revenue cycle management, payer enrollment, and provider credentialing services supporting FAU Medical Group. The scope includes charge capture and coding review, electronic claims submission, accounts receivable management, payment posting, patient billing, financial and denial reporting, provider credentialing, payer enrollment with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers, CAQH maintenance, recredentialing, and provider data management. The contractor must maintain HIPAA and applicable regulatory compliance, execute a Business Associate Agreement, protect confidential information, maintain audit trails, and report potential breaches. Required proposal submissions include three years of company financial statements, a two-page executive summary, required insurance certificates, and a priced proposal for the requested services. Services are stated to run for a three-year term with two three-year renewal options, and monthly performance review meetings are required during performance.
