Description
This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes to identify businesses capable of providing boiler repair services. The primary focus is the replacement of the damaged burner assembly and associated controls for Boiler #2, a Victory Energy D-type Water-tube boiler. This includes replacing the Webster model HDSXC-105C-9V-750 burner, fuel train components, air intake manifold, and associated ductwork. The existing Micro-Mod and Fireye control systems will remain. Additional repair services may be required, including replacing damaged refractory in Boiler #2, providing a hard-piped atomizing train, installing a propane header system sized for four boilers, replacing the Oxygen Sensor on Boiler #2, hydro blasting or mechanically cleaning internal tubes, and repainting the exterior of Boiler #2 around the burner casing. All work must comply with applicable codes and manufacturer specifications. The solicitation is for planning purposes only, and no contract will be awarded from this notice.
