Description
The City of Montgomery is soliciting sealed bids for construction of the Riverfront Stage at the Silos in Downtown Montgomery's Riverfront Park. The project includes a 400-square-foot wood-framed stage platform with ramp and stairs, composite decking surfaces, a 600-square-foot structural steel canopy with TPO roofing and wood soffit, LED stage lighting, and minimal site work. The project must be completed within 120 calendar days. Bidders must comply with applicable federal requirements, including the American Rescue Plan Act, 2 CFR Part 200 Uniform Guidance, and Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements. An E-Verify affidavit and associated Memorandum of Understanding, SAM certification number, applicable general contractor licensing evidence, and a certified check or bid bond of at least 5% of the bid are required. The successful bidder must carry workers' compensation and public liability insurance, plus contingent liability insurance when subcontractors are used.
