Description
The Civilian Associate Degree Program requires a publisher to prepare two textbooks for publication and distribution to students and faculty. The government will provide manuscripts of approximately 65,000 and 60,000 words, including graphics and charts, covering civilian supervision and management and conflict resolution and organizational performance. The contractor must provide APA 7th edition proofreading and editing; graphic conversion; developmental and technical editing; typesetting; paperback layout; cover design; ebook conversion and layout; ISBN/ISSN barcode registration; Library of Congress registration; metadata optimization; index, bibliography, and reference formatting; and final files in PDF, EPUB, and Kindle formats. Deliverables include digital draft reviews by January 25, 2027, one-off proof copies, 100 printed paperback copies of each book, and final digital files. The printed books must be shipped to the Civilian Leadership Development School by March 15, 2027. Travel is not required, and classified access is not required.
