Description
The U.S. Air Force is soliciting a 100% small business set-aside for one-time comprehensive interior cleaning and debris removal at the approximately 75,000-square-foot Barnes Center facility. The work covers interior surfaces above 9 feet, with service heights up to 40 feet, and requires the contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, tools, chemicals, water, transportation, supervision, lifts, scaffolding, ladders, personal protective equipment, and safety devices. The contractor must clean walls, windows, facades, stucco, wood, concrete, steps, poles, walkways, stairwells, auditoriums, and associated surfaces, removing dirt, grime, mold, mildew, stains, spider webs, gum, contaminants, refuse, and debris. Work must protect existing finishes and furnishings, maintain cordoned and hazard-free work areas, perform daily cleanup, manage debris, wastewater, and environmental compliance, and comply with OSHA and applicable federal, state, and local requirements. Updated Q&A confirms that work is permitted from 5:00 p.m. to midnight, Monday through Friday; no outdoor work or ceiling-tile cleaning is required; dry high-dusting and vacuuming are acceptable; scissor and boom lifts are permitted; and the elevator capacity is 2,500 pounds. Services must be completed within 90 days after receipt of order. Quotes must include a signed and dated letterhead quote, CLIN 0001 unit and extended pricing, discount terms, tax identification number, CAGE code, Unique Entity Identifier, country-of-origin confirmation, required telecommunications representations, and a technical solution addressing the statement of work. Award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable quote.
