Description
The U.S. Air Force is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contractor to clean and decontaminate the HVAC system serving an approximately 146,000-square-foot facility. The scope includes source removal, drop-ceiling diffuser cleaning, negative-pressure air management, auditorium rigging and seating removal/reinstallation, duct access openings and patch-back using commercial-grade access panels, and field-verified indoor-air-quality and microbial response using HEPA air scrubbers, EPA-registered antimicrobials, and filtration. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, and personnel; perform the work to current National Air Duct Cleaners Association ACR standards; possess or designate active mold-remediation certification such as ANSI/IICRC S520; and provide photographs or videos, IAQ testing or visual-verification results, and a microbial-response close-out report. Work must be completed within 90 calendar days from notice to proceed or contract award, with a minimum one-year workmanship warranty. Quotes must include a technical solution, CLIN pricing for four service items, lead time, discount terms, tax identification number, CAGE code, UEI, country of origin, and required representations and certifications.
