The U.S. Air Force is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quote for equipment, installation, and warranty support to modernize the audio-visual systems in four rooms: one centralized control room and three instructional classrooms. The solution must provide real-time audio and video monitoring, remote control, intercom and talkback, video conferencing compatible with Teams and Zoom, AV-over-IP streaming, cameras, microphones, displays or projectors, audio systems, a networked control processor, and a digital video switcher/router with at least 24 inputs. The contractor must provide all equipment, cabling, mounting hardware, programming, network coordination, cybersecurity configuration, testing, commissioning, documentation, training, and professional installation. Required deliverables include a detailed technical solution, a complete proposed equipment list identifying descriptions, manufacturers, and part numbers, pricing for equipment, installation, and warranty CLINs, and a project milestone plan covering ordering, delivery, and installation. Equipment must be new, and the SOW specifies a minimum 12-month workmanship warranty plus manufacturer warranties. The solicitation is a total small-business set-aside and requires delivery and performance at Building 693, Maxwell Air Force Base.
