Description

The U.S. Air Force is seeking new, manufacturer-warranted hardware and associated components to establish a compliant SIPR classroom environment supporting secure dual-network NIPR/SIPR operations. The requirement includes seven NIAP-approved secure KVM switches, four Cisco 24-port managed PoE network switches, four GSA-approved Class 5 Size I IPS secure containers with KABA Mas X-10 locks, two TACLANE single-mode fiber optic transceivers compatible with the government-furnished KG-175F encryptor, red CAT6 patch cables, four 24-port patch panels, and four 120V PDUs. Products must be brand new, sourced through authorized distribution channels, compliant with applicable cybersecurity, TEMPEST, TAA, and other stated requirements, and covered by at least the applicable OEM commercial warranty. The contractor must provide shipping coordination, serial-number and MAC-address reporting where applicable, firmware information for the KVM switches, and delivery to the designated Maxwell Air Force Base locations. Installation and training are not required. Quotes must include unit and extended prices for all eight contract line items, a signed and dated company-letterhead quote, company information, a technical compliance statement, and a realistic delivery date or lead time.
